Welcome to the city of Oakland's newest gym. We are so happy to bring an affordable fitness option to the community of Oakland with luxury and boutique gym quality amenities, equipment and classes.

I’ve been coming to Fitness 19 since I was a freshman in high school, and it has always felt like a home away from home. My passion for motivating and helping others, both physically and mentally, grew here. I fell in love with the culture and environment at Fitness 19 and the amazing peers I worked with. Thanks to the guidance of my mentors, I’ve had the opportunity to become a club manager. Now, I’m excited to give back to my community and help young people who are looking for a place to call their own, just like I once did.
